Yes, the booths will be available to visit until 11:59 pm on the day of the conference.

Yes, all registered MBEs will be able to select a total of six Corporate Members to meet with.
MBEs will be able to sign up for the Corporate Roundtables during registration. Only the sessions you sign up for will appear on your Corporate Roundtable page when you log in.
If you have any questions prior to the event, please contact matchmaker@crmsdc.org. If you have any questions or need help during the conference, please visit the Info desk in the conference environment.
Attendees must register for the conference and select if you are interested in attending the matchmaking sessions. Provide detailed information so that the committee can match you to the correct opportunities.
MBEs will identify their North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes and/or full description to highlight commodities, services and competencies. The CRMSDC team will use the information as the basis of determining which buying organizations the MBEs match with. It is up to each registered MBE to enter their keywords and codes in order for CRMSDC to assist in the identification of relevant matches. Our Matchmaking Team will do everything possible to assist you with securing appointments. Matches are not guaranteed. Matches are dependent on specified needs stated by the Corporates (government agencies and business prime contractors) and an MBEs relevant competency.
Appointments are in 15-minute increments with a five-minute break in between each appointment.
